Our space is designed to adapt to your vision whether that’s Rustic Charm, with our warm timber tables, candlelight and antique character, or a Modern Adornment, featuring plinths, clean lines, and a refined, contemporary feel.

Alongside your ceremony and reception, each package includes chef-prepared meals, bar service, and a dedicated on-site coordinator to bring it all together.

  • Your personal Gracelands Coordinator will guide you through the entire journey from your first planning meeting to the final toast on your wedding day. They’ll create a detailed timeline, coordinate your vendors, and ensure every moment flows seamlessly so you can simply celebrate.

  • Our in-house culinary team, led by Executive Chef Peter Andrews, prepares every dish fresh on site using the finest local produce. Whether you choose a plated menu, share-style feast, or cocktail canapés, every meal is crafted with care and designed to delight your guests.

  • Enjoy a premium bar experience with trained bartenders serving your selected beverage package throughout the day. Our fully equipped bar offers beer, wine, and spirits, with the option to add custom cocktails or local favourites from our brand partners.

Do you offer in-house catering?

Yes! All of our catering is done in-house by our full-time culinary team. We make everything from scratch, using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create menus that fit your vision perfectly.

Do you offer tastings?
Yes - once your date is booked, we’ll schedule a personalised tasting so you can sample dishes and make adjustments before the big day.

What’s included in the venue hire?
Venue hire includes exclusive use of our space, tables, chairs, linens, setup, and cleanup. Catering, staffing, and bar service can be seamlessly added.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Definitely. We regularly create delicious gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and allergy-friendly options without sacrificing flavour.

Do you have an on-site coordinator?
Yes - our experienced event team will be with you every step of the way to ensure your day runs smoothly.

How many guests can your venue accommodate?
We can comfortably host up to 120 guests for a seated dinner and 90 for a cocktail-style reception.

Are pets welcome?
Small furry friends are welcome at Gracelands - we simply ask that a dedicated dog minder is present throughout the day to ensure their comfort and care.

Is Gracelands wheelchair or accessibility friendly?
Gracelands is a heritage-listed venue, and while we aim to make every guest feel welcome, there are some access limitations. There are a few stairs between the mezzanine, reception area, and courtyard, and we don’t have a dedicated accessible restroom.

Our team can assist with navigation and create a comfortable space on the mezzanine level for guests with limited mobility. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to contact us in advance to discuss any accessibility needs.

Is there accommodation nearby for guests or the couple?
Yes there are several wonderful options just moments from the venue.
For an intimate stay, The Quarters at Forresters Beach is a guest favourite, offering stylish boutique rooms just around the corner. For larger groups, accessible rooms or families, Encore at Mingara provides spacious, comfortable accommodation only a short drive away.

Your Wedding Coordinator will be happy to provide exclusive discount instructions for our partnered hotels when you book your wedding at Gracelands.
